Dear TUPS Families,
We are excited to remind you that the Township of Union Public Schools has adopted a new school-to-home communication platform called ParentSquare.
This unified system is designed to keep families better informed and engaged, while creating stronger connections between home and school.
With ParentSquare, district administrators, principals, teachers, staff, and parents can:
- Send and receive school and class information
- Share pictures and files
- View calendar events
- Sign up to volunteer
- Schedule parent-teacher conferences
Here are some videos and tips you may want to look at.
We encourage you to download the ParentSquare app (free for both iOS and Android devices).
If you have questions, you can access support directly within ParentSquare by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the desktop version, or by selecting the Help tab in the mobile app (found under the triple bar menu in the top left corner).
Further information can also be found on our new district website at
www.tups.org, just look for
“ParentSquare” across the top menu bar.
As we transition to ParentSquare, please know that our staff will be receiving training over the next few months, so we can keep everyone better connected.
Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation as we all learn this new system together.
Please continue to look out for more email updates from our Chief Information & Technology Officer, John Sousa. We are excited to bring this new platform to our school community and look forward to strengthening communication and collaboration with all of the TUPS families.
Warm Regards,
Dr. Gerry Benaquista
