The School Meals and Summer EBT Application for the 2025-2026 school year is now available.

You must reapply to continue receiving last year’s benefits.

If you received a Direct Certification Letter in August, you do not need to apply.

If you receive SNAP but did not get a Direct Certification Letter, you must apply.

How to apply:
Log in to the Forms Library on the Genesis Parent Portal to indicate your intent to apply. You will then be directed to the online application at payschoolscentral.com. Paper applications in English and Spanish are available at the school's main office.

Important: You will be charged for your child(ren)’s meals if you do not apply or do not qualify based on income or eligibility.

The 30-day carryover grace period ends Thursday, October 16, 2025.

Dear Staff,

Hi Everyone, Welcome Back!
Here are a few quick IT updates to help you get started:
 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Email


  • You can now use @tups.org to send or receive emails.
  • When signing into Google, keep using your @twpunionschools.org login.
  • Any accounts created with @twpunionschools.org must still be accessed that way.
  • You can also use Google Single Sign-On (SSO) for quick and easy access.
 

Laptops & Login

  • Login ID: Email ID (without “@twpunionschools.org”)
  • Password: It is your saved password. If you have forgotten your password, please submit a ticket via helpdesk.
 

Reminders

  • Save files to Google Drive, not locally.
  • Shut down all district devices daily.
  • Secure Print: Retrieve jobs within 2 days or they’ll be deleted.
  • Watch for suspicious emails and forward them to helpdesk@tups.org
  • When filling out a HELPDESK request, please make sure to include your building and room number.
  • Make sure you are using a direct link when using Google.
  • ⚠️ We will never ask for your username or password.

  • The app is just a quick and easy way to get information straight from your principal and the district.
  • Otherwise, you will get emails.
  • If you’ve already explored it and feel comfortable, you’re welcome to use it for your classrooms.
To manage Notifications:
  • On the main screen, if you are using the App, go to ACCOUNT.
  • Go to NOTIFICATIONS to pick how you get general announcements and messages (instant alerts or daily digest).
Urgent alerts and notices can’t be changed; they’ll only be sent for emergencies.
